Dr. Wanare holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from S.R.T.M. University, Nanded, with a specialization in Leadership Development in Sugar Industries. His academic journey includes:

- M.Com. (Marathwada University, Aurangabad)
- M.A. (Economics) (Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad)

- Former Principal at Vivekanand Arts, Sardar Dalipsingh Commerce & Science College, Aurangabad (Served as In-charge Principal from 2020 to 2022)
- Professor & Head, Department of Commerce, Vivekanand College (1987-2022)
- Specialization in Accounting, Auditing, Costing, Business Management, and Research Methodology
