1. To Computerize library and office (ERP)
2. To increase number of ICT based teaching aids like Projector and smartTVs
3. To submit the proposal for extension of division, start new subjects
4. To Apply for NAAC cycle 1
5. To Conduct in house FDP programs for faculty members
6. To Increase the number of computer labs
7. To Motivate students to participate in university, state, and national level competitions
8. To Conduct workshops for administrative (nonteaching) staff members
9. To Start competitive exam center
10. To add new skill-based courses
11. To organize a self-defense workshop for girls.
Medium Term
1. To involve more faculties in research
2. To prepare sports ground (for different outdoor sports)
3. To organize an intercollege level, and university level seminar/workshops.
