ABOUT GEETAI SEVABHAVI CHARITABLE TRUST

Shri. Laxmanrao Ekhande has established the Geetai Sevabhavi Charitable Trust in the year 2001. The management is governed by the farmers, Social workers, and the people working at grass root level for the common society. The office is located at Shekta Road, Bidkin, Tq. Paithan, Dist. Aurangabad (Maharashtra). The Society is engaged in various social works such as education, guidance to farmers, eradication of diseases by holding medical camps and arranging “Kirtan” for spiritual education, arranging tour for farmers for inculcating agricultural knowledge to farmers, giving computer education to ladies and gents etc.

1. To Computerize library and office (ERP)
2. To increase number of ICT based teaching aids like Projector and smartTVs
3. To submit the proposal for extension of division, start new subjects
4. To Apply for NAAC cycle 1
5. To Conduct in house FDP programs for faculty members
6. To Increase the number of computer labs
7. To Motivate students to participate in university, state, and national level competitions

8. To Conduct workshops for administrative (nonteaching) staff members
9. To Start competitive exam center
10. To add new skill-based courses
11. To organize a self-defense workshop for girls.

Medium Term

1. To involve more faculties in research
2. To prepare sports ground (for different outdoor sports)
3. To organize an  intercollege level, and university level seminar/workshops.
4. To start a sports academy for training college students
5. To develop a digital class room.
6. To develop the vermicomposting project in campus
7. To promote faculty & staff for research projects & Ph.D.
8. To develop an online education system for students
9. To introduce new UG / PG programs
10. To develop strong alumni linkages through alumni association.

Long Term

1. To develop an incubation center
