About IQAC

At Geetai Institute of Management, we are committed to ensuring excellence in education, research, and institutional development. In alignment with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, we have established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a key mechanism for developing a systematic and sustainable quality enhancement framework.

The IQAC aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement in all academic and administrative processes, ensuring that the institution meets and exceeds quality benchmarks in higher education.

Objectives of IQAC

  • Develop and implement quality benchmarks for academic and administrative activities.
  • Facilitate effective teaching-learning practices and ensure student satisfaction.
  • Encourage faculty development programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching efficiency.
  • Promote research and consultancy activities among faculty and students.
  • Ensure a systematic feedback mechanism from students, faculty, and stakeholders to improve institutional functioning.
  • Enhance student support services and ensure their academic and professional growth.
  • Monitor the performance of academic programs and introduce reforms as required.
  • Develop and maintain institutional databases for decision-making and improvement.
