Institutional Development Plan (IDP)
The Institutional Development Plan (IDP) presents a strategic roadmap for the planned growth and continuous improvement of the institution. Aligned with NEP 2020, the plan focuses on academic excellence, research advancement, infrastructure development, and holistic student progression.

- Academic Development: Improving curriculum delivery, teaching methods, and learning outcomes.
- Research & Innovation: Encouraging faculty and student research, publications, and projects.
- Infrastructure Development: Enhancing physical and digital infrastructure for better learning.
- Student Support & Progression: Providing guidance, placement support, and skill development.
- Governance & Leadership: Ensuring effective management, transparency, and quality assurance.
SHORT-TERM PLAN
- Introduce value-added and certificate courses
- Organize faculty development programs (FDPs)

LONG-TERM PLAN
- Establish research and innovation centers

IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY
The Institutional Development Plan will be implemented through a phased approach with active involvement of stakeholders. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) will monitor progress, ensure timely execution, and review outcomes periodically.
